Afro hairs were very popular in rhythm and blues, funk and disco music scenes back in the 1970s and the '80s...
She looks like squirrel version of Pam Grier, the original blaxploitation movie woman from the '70s. Her haircut and curves remind me of Coffy, an old action-thriller starring the aforementioned actress playing the role of a nurse and femme fatale trying to exact revenge on drug pushers for ruining her younger sister and ex-boyfriend from police department. This old film had low budget, but impressive action scenes, soundtrack, and anti-drug message.
I wonder if they're watching Electric Age (Netflix adaptation of a graphic novel) or Game of Thrones season 8 (a colossal disappointment)...
He was really good artist. His mouse family, the goblin witch... some of these characters by him are lovely and interesting, but unfortunately I still have a hard time finding more about this not helped by BillyBaphomet's unfortunate death. I'm sorry for your loss. God, I miss him.
Mrs. Petunia is an interesting character. Too bad I don't have a good luck finding more about this mouse girl outside E621 (which is banned in Russia, where I live)... ;_;
In loving memory of Subhueman. May he rest easy, and all his art be preserved for future availability.
This looks like a unique (and raunchy) soap opera starring the goblin girl and the slim bald dude with bad luck. Also, she seems to watch or read One Punch Man, with its titular protagonist being fully bald as well.
Colorful eggs are an important symbol of Easter, and bunnies are for extra fun.
She doesn't have any romantic interest with men, I guess. She's cynical, especially for a goth. I wonder if she has so many exes...
This humorous aesthetic feels timeless. Also a Halloween favorite.
Love the emotions and expressions, especially that Sally's expression, as she fears that the tophat creep she's taken hostage to with a sadistic smile is about to kidnap her for his horrific purposes which we don't wanna know. But then came her bunny boyfriend, Nestor. He beat this tophat creep down, then told the latter that kidnapping will never pay anything he wanted, not even from Sally. Unfortuantely, the Vaudeville show Sally and this villain were is ruined.
What we're about to learn is that Vaudeville was an old genre of physical, family-oriented entertainment that sadly died out in 1930s.
