You remind me of Kenron Toqueen. Both draw Pokémon (of course), both reside in Chile (not sure about that), both very good at traditional drawing (physical pen & paper, baby). Except you don't draw humans, octopi, tentacles, beautiful women, pin-ups, grotesque creatures, and even anthropomorphic pokemons. Impressive, after all.

Gaghs and Gaghiel are same character, simply her forms are differed by eras according to canon.
All of Pokemons are dead and extinct just before Gaghs came to Xingzuo Temple and surgically converted into human, where her adoptive sister Zhima is a member of the eponymous religious community. Gaghs deeply misses her Pokemon friends, especially few ones she was forced to kill during the genocide against all of Pokemon creatures. Jeez, that's very dark and bleak stuff I've ever thinked of.

This outfit comes from Metroid: Zero Mission, an faithful, quality-of-life remake of the frustrating 1986 NES classic.

The remake has variety of ending drawings depending on your playtime until the end and item collection percentage (I managed to 100% them all, that was very hard as hell, even with emulator's "save/load state" feature), improved boss fights (including the new ones, such as Mecha Ridley), improved visuals, the new sequence where you play as Samus in her zero suit after assassinating Mother Brain in Tourian, catchier music, and more! Passed it on mGBA through RetroArch (Steam).
