Despite the inconsistent framerate, it's very charmful.

UPDATE: Oh, wait. The weak framerate of 12 fps is intentional. You can tell me why?

everything is consistently 12fps, including the live action, which might be your real issue

it's 12fps because all of our animation is on two's.
Roger Rabbit was on ones to match the live action, and we didn't want there to be juxtaposition between the live action and animation, so we rendered the live action at 12fps.
this ended up saving us in the editing process because it was less live action frames to manually paint out/color correct away the original reflection that was on Eddie
